The shared profile changes only through an authorized owner update. Visitor messages do not automatically become facts about Raman. Read the curated profile.
Your messages and recent conversation context are sent to the AI provider to generate replies. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information. This app does not save transcripts in its own server database. Provider processing and retention may still apply.
“Remember on this device” optionally saves the conversation in this browser. Anyone who can use this browser may see it. Turning it off or choosing New conversation clears the saved conversation. It does not synchronize across devices.
The booking link opens Raman’s existing Calendly page. Calendly handles availability, booking and confirmation. The assistant cannot inspect private appointments or confirm that a booking succeeded.
Email opens your email app addressed to Raman’s public contact address. You must send the email yourself. The chatbot does not currently read or process incoming emails, send email notifications, or access Raman’s mailbox.
It cannot disclose private emails, customer records, internal financial information, or calendar details.
